Heartwood House at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Food Runners to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by delivering food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure food presentation meets the restaurant's standards.
• Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to exceed guest expectations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must have open availability to work afternoon, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must be at least 16 years of age
