Shuttle Driver

POSITION TITLE: SHUTTLEDRIVER

REPORTS TO:CHIEF ENGINEER / GENERAL MANAGER / AGM

BASIC FUNCTION: The Hotel shuttle driver is responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests using the hotel's shuttle van. This role requires excellent driving skills, exceptional customer service, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The driver will represent the hotel in a professional manner and ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all passengers.

JOB DUTIES

1. Safely operate the hotel shuttle van to transport guests to various locations, following traffic regulations and safe driving practices.

2. Greet guests professionally, assist with luggage, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.

3. Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, adjusting routes as needed for guest arrivals.

4. Inspect and maintain the shuttle van, reporting any mechanical issues and ensuring cleanliness.

5. Comply with all traffic laws, hotel policies, and maintain a clean driving record.

6. Communicate with front desk and staff to coordinate transportation and inform guests of any delays.

7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and special requests promptly.

8. Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, following hotel procedures to ensure guest safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Rotating weekends
• Split shift
