Responsibilities: Food and Beverage Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within our establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for culinary excellence and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will lead a team in delivering outstanding dining experiences, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability across all food and beverage outlets.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort/ restaurant setting
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- For applicants working in Denver, the anticipated compensation range is $80k-$85k per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
