The Opportunity

Hyatt is seeking an enthusiastic Franchise Owners Relations Group Intern to support our Portfolio Health team. In this role, you'll work closely on multiple phases of the global and highly impactful annual Owner and Operator survey program. Insights and data from the survey help Hyatt maintain its position as a leading hospitality company by fostering an open dialogue with key stakeholders: Owners and Operators. The Role

Responsibilities:

Survey Administration Support :

  • Assist in the administration of surveys, specifically focusing on supporting translation and in-country review processes.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams and vendors to ensure survey content is accurately translated for each target audience.

Stakeholder and Vendor Support :

  • Attend stakeholder meetings and take detailed notes, ensuring key action items are tracked and followed up on.
  • Create and manage support tickets for the distribution list process, ensuring that all relevant parties are kept informed and that tasks are efficiently handled.
  • Help prepare training materials and communications to vendor or internal stakeholders.

Survey Review & Quality Assurance :

  • Review survey versions to ensure consistency and accuracy across all versions.
  • Perform quality checks on survey versions to identify and address any functional or technical issues before survey launch.

Report Review & Design

  • Review survey report templates, ensuring items and formatting are correct and consistent.

Data and Analytics Support :

  • Run daily report exports to capture system changes in the participant distribution list.
  • Review data to identify inconsistencies or inaccuracies and follow up on resolution.

Portfolio Health / Franchise Performance Shadowing :

  • Shadow Franchise Performance Leads to a better understanding of Owner and Operator relationships.
  • Learn about the Portfolio Health programs and analytics and how they drive Hyatt’s overall performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a college or university program, ideally with a focus on Hospitality Business, Psychology, Statistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.4 GPA desired

Other Desired Skills/Experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
