- Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and information. This highly visible role provides authentic connection and has a direct impact on creating a positive guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries through in-person and telephone communication. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host.
