Key Responsibilities
- Create a high-standard environment where comfort, service, and quality are paramount for our guests.
- Enhance cooperation among all departments, creating a teamwork-driven atmosphere.
- Work closely with Managers and Front Office staff to ensure efficient room inventory controls.
- Maintain a productive relationship with the Property Management System provider.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure proper key controls.
- Manage departmental staffing levels according to occupancy levels.
- Train Front Office staff comprehensively to ensure the highest level of guest service.
- Be adaptable and ready to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Experience in hotel front office operations
- Excellent verbal, comprehension, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, and overall computer literacy
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Superior report and accounting skills
- Outstanding guest relations skills
