Control Clerks are primarily responsible for room inventory to maximize selling opportunities at the front desk. This includes assigning room blocks for groups and guest preferences. Front Office Agents rely on the Control Clerk's ability to manage the inventory and analyze reports. This role has a direct impact on guest fulfillment with room accommodations. Control Clerks must also assist in the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. The Front Office Control Clerk is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned Front Office Agent looking to advance their career into management. We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work any time between 7 : 00am - 11 : 30pm, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $20.50, increasing to $21.00 after six months.
