The General Maintenance 2nd Class Position creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a Hotel experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor. A 2nd class general maintenance engineer will be primarily responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, front of house areas, and back of house areas.A 2nd class general maintenance engineer will also perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Requiring some skills in these areas as well as good communication and multitasking skills.

90-day Probationary Rate : $30.52 per hour
Hourly Rate : $35.90 per hour
