- Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants; may include taking supplies directly toroomattendants.
- Emptyroomattendantcarts ofsoiledlinen andtrash.
- Cleanandremove spots fromcorridorwallsanddoors.
- Polishandcleanmirrors,roomnumbersonguestroom doors,andelevatordoors.
- Vacuum,sweep,and/ormophallways,stairwells,foyers,andotherpublicareas
- Cleaningandresettingguestbedroom andbathroomareas
- Greetall guestswitha friendly smile
- Keepallhallways,publicareas andclosets clean,neatandvacuumed
- Reportallmissingitemsfromroom(i.e.,irons/boards,hairdryers,etc.)to HousekeepingSupervisor/Manager
- ReportanymaintenancerepairsimmediatelytoHousekeepingSupervisor/Manager.
- Handleitemsfor"Lost andFound"accordingto theHotel’sstandards
