The Role
The primary mission of the Task Force Field Marketing Manager is to seamlessly support hotels temporarily for a myriad of scenarios, including but not limited to: maternity leave/leave of absence coverage, hotels in transition due to program growth or colleague turnover, and more. Ideal candidates for this role can step in and execute existing marketing strategies seamlessly, while also gaining trust and rapport with new stakeholders quickly to offer fresh perspective and critical thinking skills to drive optimal performance.
The Field Marketing Task Force Manager is responsible for driving property-level revenue through collaborating, developing, and executing robust marketing plans that address local and regional business objectives/challenges.This is accomplished by identifying opportunities and executing promotions and programming in the field for designated hotels working closely with HQ Commercial Services colleagues, regional Revenue and Sales teams as well as property-level partners.
In this role it is the primary goal to help drive Hyatt’s Commercial Services strategy for a specific sub-set of hotels in the Americas and optimizing their performance accountability and success.This position will also actively liaise with multiple stakeholders, including hotel owners and management companies and cross-function teams, within Hyatt’s portfolio.Developing/implementing turnkey marketing solutions with an emphasis on the digital ecosystem that drives hotel topline revenue and business performance as well as providing subject matter expertise/training.

The salary range for this position is $95,500 to $120,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, etc.
The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.

Qualifications
Experience Required:
- 6 years of client-facing marketing experience for a global brand. Hotel/hospitality industry preferred.
- Experience working closely in developing integrated plans with cross-functional counterparts.
- Experience running digital campaigns (understands the fundamentals of Search, Paid Meta, and SEO content optimization strategies) and some sales/business development/consulting experience are preferred.
- Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management and integrated execution with demonstrable results and return on investment (going beyond creative ideas to revenue-driving programming).
- Integrated marketing experience with an understanding of digital media's role in an overall marketing mix and plan.Comfortable navigating analytics across media types including digital.
- Hotel/hospitality industry experience
- Franchise experience a plus
- Events/meeting planning experience
- Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
