Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas, both internally and externally, to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
- Enforce security protocols, including access control, visitor management, and emergency procedures.
- Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations.
- Identify and address potential security risks and hazards.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and staff members to maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain a visible and active presence to deter potential threats.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- This role requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting of light materials.
- The hotel operates 24/7, and availability for shifts on weekends, holidays, and nights is expected.
