The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist in food and beverage areas within the hotel including F&B outlets and events. This leadership role plays an instrumental role in rebranding and establishing a strong foundation during our transformation; enhancing our three new F&B venues.
Responsibilities may include :
- Scheduling staff and managing day to day Food and Beverage operations
- Ensure effective training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of colleagues
- Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
- Assist with developing and implementing creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures
- Work with Director of Outlets and the Events team to coordinate special events in the Food & Beverage Outlets.
This is a great leadership opportunity with potential exposure to multiple departments. This highly visible role also gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on the guest experience.
