WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?
Below items encompass several anticipated responsibilities, though they are not limited to :
- Clean and maintain public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping.
- Occasional responses to guest requests
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Adhere to established procedures for handling lost and found items and guest belongings.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations.
- Above items are some of the expected responsibilities but not limited to.
