RESPONSIBILITIES]
Product Development & Management
- Oversee the entire product development process, from concept ideation to production and distribution, ensuring alignment with artists’ identity, company vision, and US business growth.
- Manage product development stages, timelines, and schedules to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and HQ in Korea to ensure seamless communication and execution of development plans.
- Partner with vendors, manufacturers, and forwarders to manage production and logistics timelines.
- Monitor the shipping process, ensuring compliance with import / export regulations and timely delivery of merchandise.
