[Summary]
● Manage to maximize efficiency within the production budget to achieve the highest quality results.
● Act as a facilitator for seamless collaboration among team members and departments, enhancing interdepartmental synergy and establishing appropriate processes to optimize the creative planning and operation.
● Support the enhancement of creative capabilities, contributing to the growth of the organization and artists by improving the production skills of internal team members.
[Responsibilities]
● Oversee all aspects of creative production, project management, and operations.
● Manage production milestones (including artist rehearsal schedules), album, and project budgets.
● Monitor and implement improvements to enhance production process efficiency.
● Facilitate communication and coordination with related teams, external vendors, and partners, including contract execution and management.
● Provide on-site support for various production activities.
● Handle creative execution and operational tasks for new projects such as festivals, award shows, artist collaborations, OSTs, and more.
● Manage logistics for business trips.
● Provide additional support for streamlining operations (e.g., risk management, data management and archiving, e-accounting assistance).
[Working environment]
● Need to work at least 3 days a week at the Santa Monica office
● May work sporadically at rehearsals, recordings, shootings, fittings, live events, etc.
[Minimum qualifications]
● 5 years of experience in the music or entertainment industry.
● Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills.
● Knowledge or practical experience in artist development or creative production.
[Preferred qualifications]
● Experience in project management in the music industry.
● Ability to work with several levels of an organization in parallel, including ensuring quality implementation.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
