Job Title : Part-Time Concierge, Community Outreach, & Group Party Host
Location : Pink Soda Charleston, SC (In-Person)

With our new Charleston location opening soon on King Street , were seeking a superstar to join our team who can deliver exceptional guest service, drive community engagement, and lead our growing group party division.
Position Overview :
Were looking for an energetic and versatile Part-Time Concierge to join our team in-person at our Charleston location on Saturdays, half-day Fridays, and Thursdays (as needed) for parties. This dynamic role will focus on providing top-notch service to salon guests, managing retail sales, booking appointments, leading marketing outreach efforts, and overseeing our group party division.
What You'll Do :
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing concierge-level service.
Handle appointment bookings, client inquiries, and manage the salon schedule.Drive retail sales by recommending products tailored to each guests needs.Maintain cleanliness and organization to keep the salon looking its best.Fridays (Half Day) :Lead community outreach efforts to promote Pink Soda and attract new clients.
Build relationships with local businesses, event planners, and community influencers.Distribute marketing materials and plan events to generate buzz about our salon.Grass roots marketing including great partnerships with hotels.Thursdays (Party Days As Needed) :Oversee the planning and hosting of group parties, ensuring a seamless and fun experience for all attendees.
Help recruit party clients and actively market Pink Sodas group party services.Coordinate with bachelorette hosts, GNO hosts., party planners, and vendors to ensure all logistics are covered.Be on-site for party events to manage the flow and support party hosts.Who You Are :
A friendly, outgoing individual who loves interacting with people and building relationships.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Sales-savvy, with a knack for upselling and creating memorable guest experiences.A natural networker who is comfortable with community outreach and relationship-building.Someone who enjoys event planning, coordinating, and executing group activities.Available for in-person work on Saturdays, half-day Fridays, and Thursdays as needed for parties.Qualifications :
Previous experience in a salon, retail, hospitality, or event planning role is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach is highly desirable.A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for beauty and customer service.Compensation & Perks :
