The Senior Account Manager will own specific account(s) and drive positive year-over-year growth by analyzing the business and collaborating with both internal and external partners. This individual must be highly organized, analytical, and a team player who is passionate about ecommerce retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve company sales goals for owned accounts through strategic planning and execution.
  • Accurately forecast sales based on account performance, customer trends, and market analysis.
  • Adjust strategies in real-time as needed and partner with leadership to identify the impact on the business and opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze account sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Report on performance of products and licensed categories, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management in apparel/fashion.
  • Ecommerce merchandising experience is essential.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Frequent sales forecasting and budgeting experience.
  • Experience with pricing and margin management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
