With continued growth Hybrid is expanding the account management function to continue our outstanding levels of client service. The Account Director will have strong team management skills and lead key relationships, working with our dedicated teams to deliver world-class campaigns across paid media (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead our account management team, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment with client goals while maintaining high performance standards.
- Client Relations: Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, understanding their needs to develop tailored strategies and deliver quarterly and annual reviews.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee campaign execution aligned with client objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams across digital, paid media, and creative, to ensure quality and impactful results.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities with existing clients, cross-sell services (digital, paid media, research, creative), and participate in pitch presentations to drive agency growth.
Requirements:
- Understanding of key paid media channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display etc.) to shape campaign progress and drive results.
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive, positive attitude. Agency experience working in a client services role is preferred.
- Energetic & engaging presence that clients are able to trust & build rapport, whilst motivating and driving our team to deliver powerful campaigns.
- Great attention to detail, organizational skills and a calm presence to deliver under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated to drive exceptional standards of work and push the team to new levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, ability to offer solutions to complex client challenges.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.
- Expertise in higher education enrolment management and marketing trends would be a great advantage, but is not required.
