About the Role:
Are you a hands-on Paid Search expert ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Senior Associate, Paid Search to join our growing Philadelphia team. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills and platform knowledge who also enjoys mentoring junior team members and playing a key role in campaign delivery and performance.
This is a “player-coach” position, an opportunity to both lead and execute, shaping strategy while remaining actively involved in delivery.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own campaign execution, optimization, and performance for Paid Search across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of best practices, particularly in areas such as keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Ensure campaign delivery meets and exceeds client KPIs, contributing to retention and growth.
- Lead strategic thinking across paid search accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Represent the paid search function in client meetings and support new business pitches.
- Support broader measurement and attribution efforts, including GA4, GTM, and full-funnel tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search campaign execution and optimization.
- A “player-coach” mindset with a blend of technical knowledge and leadership ability.
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of tracking and analytics, including GA4 and GTM setup for conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to interpret and present performance data clearly.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices or client meetings as needed.
