About the Role:
Are you a paid social specialist looking to step up and take the lead in a growing and fast-paced team? We’re hiring a Senior Associate, Paid Social to help drive campaign execution and performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
This is a “player-coach” position that blends leadership and mentorship with direct execution, ideal for someone who thrives in the details but can also zoom out and drive strategy.

Your Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and performance for Paid Social across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise on audience segmentation, creative testing, campaign structure, and platform updates.
- Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and aligned with performance targets and client objectives.
- Lead strategic thinking and innovation across your paid social accounts.
- Collaborate closely with account management, creative, and analytics teams to deliver a holistic client experience.
- Represent the paid social function in client meetings and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the team’s measurement strategy, leveraging GA4, GTM, and other tracking tools to demonstrate ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social campaign execution and performance.
- A “player-coach” approach with a passion for leadership and mentoring.
- Strong agency background or experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Advanced understanding of social platform tools, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
- Experience with tracking and measurement including GA4 and GTM.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate results into actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices or client meetings as needed.
