Clinical Supervisor - BCaBA Summary:
We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to provide ABA consulting and supervision services to children and adolescents with autism in our center and homes of clients. Services include in-center ABA program supervision and professional development/training.

You will be a positive change in the lives of a learner with autism. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices.
We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be.
- Oversee the implementation of center-based ABA Therapy programs for clients
- Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library
- Over 5000 individualized programs
- Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians
- Utilize online data collection
- Work with a dynamic team of professionals
- We provide paid training opportunities to all Behavior Technicians
- This means all staff on your cases are trained in ABA and know what they are doing when working with clients!
- You will have access to our online BCBA forum and will be able to collaborate with BCBAs from across 4 states

- The candidate MUST be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - BCaBA , as recognized by the BACB , to provide ABA Program supervision to students with autism.
- For the states of Maryland and Virginia, LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is also required.
