We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for our employees and visitors. This role ensures the facility operates smoothly by managing maintenance requests, overseeing cleaning contractors, and coordinating repairs with vendors. Essential Responsibilities:
- Maintain the physical workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Manage work order requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee contracted cleaning services to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for the facility and equipment.
- Serve as the liaison between Hybridge and external contractors/vendors.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs, including painting touch-ups.
- Assess facility issues to determine if they can be resolved in-house or require external support.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and available for use.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assist with other facility-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with external vendors.
- Basic repair skills (e.g., painting, troubleshooting equipment issues).
- Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and inventory management.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
