What are the responsibilities and job description for the UKG Sr. Solutions Consultant - Advanced Scheduling position at HyBridge Solutions, Inc?
Role Objective
The UKG Sr. Solutions Consultants will work individually or on a team providing subject matter expertise while leading all required client project tasks through a full project life cycle. This includes but is not limited to project discovery, design planning, configuration, testing guidance and troubleshooting through post go-live support.

The UKG Sr. Solutions Consultant works directly with client staff and provides them with the following:
- Professional consulting leadership
- Best practice guidance
- System and process design
- Application configuration
- Training (to super users and end users)
- Testing support/leadership
- Go-live support and change management
Supervisory Responsibilities
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Prior demonstrated experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro Advanced Scheduler (UKG Workforce Central (v8.0 or higher) and/or UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions):
- Understanding of workforce management principles, such as scheduling, time and attendance, labor forecasting, and compliance
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Participate in and lead the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through design, build, test, user adoption, and go-live
- Create excellent project documentation on current and future state design, including audit findings, business requirements, product optimization opportunities
- Translate findings and product design documentation into properly configured applications Ability to educate clients on system components (ie Business Structure) for effective design and us of the system
- Actively participate, and as needed, lead the testing and quality assurance activities for the projects
- Demonstrated ability to apply creative, innovative, analytical and critical thinking to strategies, practices and problem-resolution; ability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues; strong attention to detail
- Exemplary customer service skills with demonstrated ability to effectively develop and maintain client relationships
- Ability to put together basic task plans to aide a Project Manager or successfully execute smaller projects independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum five years consulting or system administration experience preferred
- Experience in Healthcare preferred
Travel Requirements
Travel will be required depending on client and project needs.
Work Environment
A combination of home office and on-site client work environment.
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
