The Assembly Technician is responsible for working in various roles throughout manufacturing. Once assigned, the employee will be required to have completed work instructions for all operations that they are assigned to complete.
You will make an impact in this role by:
- Needs to understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they are related to this position.
- Must read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality plans.
- Uses fixed and variable measurement equipment
- Locates, identifies, and retrieves components for production.
- Packages and labels productions according to instructions.
- Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on machines.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations (add, subtract, and divide).
- Must be able to independently seek assistance from supervision and/or other departments to perform given tasks (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.)
To be considered for the Assembly Technician role, you must have the following minimum qualifications:
- GED or High School diploma required.
The hourly rate is commiserate with experience, in a range of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
