Associate

As a key member in business development, you'll:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct in-person client meetings, technical presentations, and facility tours to highlight our lab’s capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in pharma, biotech, and related industries.
- Represent Hyde Analytical Lab at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Travel extensively (50–75% ) to engage with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline using our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal lab teams to align our services with client needs.
- Develop weekly sales strategies and report progress to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct sales or business development experience in analytical laboratory services, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Technical understanding of analytical testing services and their applications in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively for in-person client engagement.
