Job Title: Pool Attendant

Position Type: Part-Time (16-24 hours per week), Seasonal (Memorial Day- Labor Day)

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and attentive Seasonal Pool Attendants to join our team from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool area, as well as providing excellent customer service to our residents and guests. Please note, this position is not responsible for lifeguard duties.

Responsibilities Of The Pool Attendant

• Monitor pool area and adjacent amenities to ensure compliance with community policies
• Conduct rounds to observe activities and address any issues or concerns
• Enforce pool rules and regulations
• Check wristbands of residents and guests to ensure compliance with pool access policies
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area (not the pool itself), including picking up trash and organizing pool furniture
• Assist residents and guests with inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications Of The Pool Attendant

• 1 years of security experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The schedule will be weekends and holidays, 11:30am-8:00pm
  
  

Physical Requirements Of The Pool Attendant

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
