Hyde Park Jewelers is looking for EXPERIENCED luxury retail sales professionals to join our team! Starting pay is hourly PLUS COMMISSION. The Retail Sales professional is responsible for generating revenue by selling the jewelry, watches and diamonds carried at Hyde Park. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years luxury sales experience, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue
- Engage and build rapport with customers
- Recommend items discussing features and benefits
- Be a Brand expert
- Conduct daily inventories
- Merchandise show cases
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Associate or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process, luxury retail a must
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts
