The Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance and Purchasing Coordinator at the corporate office in Beachwood. We are a stable company with 12 properties in 5 states and have been in business for over 36 years!

Qualifications:
· Experience in facility purchasing department including furnishing from floor to ceiling, equipment, new opening supplies, with an emphasis on cost controls with direction for purchasing/construction manager
· Experience New store renovations, including receiving and maintenance, and ensuring quality with direction
· Getting Bids for materials, following up on orders and shipments
· Meeting deadlines for projects
· Create and approve purchase orders, working directly with management and corporate staff
· Maintenance lists, scheduling repairs in house or via outside vendors.
· Complete knowledge of all products being ordered, maintain consistency.
Required Qualifications:
· Solid leadership and communication skills
· Result oriented, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Between 2-4 years solid experience in hospitality purchasing role (Only Candidates with Hospitality experience will be considered)
· Good analytical business sense with strong organizational skills
· Travel required
· Better than average computer skills, Microsoft office.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience with purchasing
· Ability to understand company needs and think proactively at all times
· Ability to follow direction thoroughly as well as delegate
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment
· Strong negotiation, communication, and decision making skills
