We are seeking a full-time Middle School English Teacher for the 2025-26 school year. Our teachers demonstrate a strong faith and to use their professional skills as educators to incorporate a biblical worldview through their classroom instruction to encourage students to reach their God-given potential. Highly qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in education. A Texas state-issued teacher certification and prior teaching experience is strongly preferred. Salary is based on a scale and is commensurate with your experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with your colleagues, our families, and others in your profession
- Communicate often and positively with families in order to build strong relationships
- Collaborate on horizontal and vertical curriculum planning and crosscurricular learning opportunities
- Appreciate that students come to us with a wide range of religious backgrounds and meet them where they are in their spiritual journey
- Create engaging learning opportunities that are anchored in a Biblical worldview and encourage content talk through cooperative learning
- Develop lessons that employ higherorder thinking skills to develop our students’ ability to think critically
- In light of the fact that approximately onethird of our students have diagnosed learning differences, be open to accommodating (not modifying) instruction in order ensure that all students have access to our curriculum while maintaining high expectations; this includes but is not limited to using adaptive technology, designing nontraditional assessments, and closely examining assessments to ensure they are accurately measuring the learning goal
- Provide timely and effective feedback
- Maintain a physical classroom environment that is visually engaging, wellorganized, encourages learning, and is free from distractions
- Guide students in their socialemotional development with a focus on growing in selfmanagement, learning ownership, and upholding their role in a community.
