Job Overview
This position is designed to fill a vital role in assisting the Service Manager with purchasing critical parts for our customers in the Watertown, Potsdam, Plattsburgh, and North Syracuse Regions. This role supports our service technicians in fulfilling their duties and keeping them stocked with all the equipment they need. This position is located in Watertown, NY and is an in-person role.
Qualifications:

- Proficiency with all manner of software and various applications
- Order parts and equipment (various types) for Service Technicians to perform their duties.
- Strong inventory management skills including inventory control and data entry.
- Knowledge of logistics, sourcing, and supply chain management
Duties:
· Organize Filters in stock and order remaining filters for Preventive Maintenance Agreements.
· May assist in entering Service Department accounts payable into our computer system.
· May assist in filing and Invoicing Preventive Maintenance Contracts.
· Track incoming parts and equipment from various vendors.
· May provide support to the Service/Sales Team in several ways outside the initial scope of the position (i.e. assistance to dispatch, invoicing, accounting for arrival shipments, etc).
· Communicate with outside vendors as necessary to ensure proper delivery.
· Assists the Service Coordinator in decision making.
· Research competitive prices on ordered material.
· Update Service Technician boards when material arrives.
· Physically check in material for the service department and post for mobilization.
