Host/Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Host/Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout their dining experience, contributing to a positive atmosphere in our restaurant. Ideal candidates will possess strong guest service skills and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
• Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold restaurant policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in guest relations.

Pay: From $16.66 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
