Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Your expertise in bartending and knowledge of various drink recipes will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing the cash register.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with catering events and banquet services as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages to management.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of retail math to accurately manage transactions and inventory.
• Experience with catering or banquet services is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $16.66 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
