Position: Operations Manager (OM)
Location: Falls Church, VA
Compensation: $15/hour (1099 contractor)
Bonus: 20% bonus on pay for meeting metrics, and annual bonus (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and ship customer orders, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Manage returns, inspect inventory, and update AirTable records.
- Manage dry cleaning, laundry, and correct racking of clothing.
- Drop shipments at designated locations, following FIFO order processing.
- Communicate with internal teams on logistics and issue resolution.
- Attend weekly meetings and report on operations.
Schedule:
- Tues-Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM ET
- Sat: 10 AM – 2 PM ET
- Closed: Sundays & federal holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move packages.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy; AirTable experience a plus (training provided).
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
