What are the responsibilities and job description for the Compliance Specialist position at Hyder Property Management Professionals?
SUMMARY: Administers aspects of various compliance programs, maintains compliance databases, and provides compliance reporting. Provides software training and online technical support to various properties as needed in the software.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collects and reviews all necessary documents for new properties that will be incorporated into the software
· Notifies others of any database issues, updates, or changes.
· Responds to inquiries and requests promptly, stays current with e-mail and voicemail, and assists with coverage when team members are absent.
· Performs monthly operational, compliance, and accounting corrections
· Prepares and deploys management training.
· Performs major and minor technical support of management software which includes support/repair and troubleshooting
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
· Implementing Budget changes for the properties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two to three years related business experience or equivalent.
· Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent preferred.

This position is temporary. Position will only manage compliance for near by Windsor properties. Total units 184. Properties are Tax Credit & Affordable Housing.
