Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions in accounting software
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Handle invoice processing and verify billing accuracy
- Maintain organized financial documents and filing systems
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking
- Perform general administrative duties related to accounting
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
