Bosch Rexroth's Drive and Control Technologies seek a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team.
This role involves supporting Post Merger Integration (PMI) workstreams, including reviewing proposed changes to the global documentation framework, and communicating project status to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hydraforce QMS, experience in HF Audit, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support pillars of integration related to Metrics, ISO Standard, and Bosch QMS GAP analysis.
- Coordinate communication between HF sites.
- Review and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation framework.
- Communicate project status to key stakeholders across senior leadership & IMO.
Qualifications:
- Five - seven years related audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow autonomously.
