About the Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to support Quality workstreams relating to Post Merger Integration (PMI). This role involves coordinating communication between HF sites, reviewing proposed changes to global documentation frameworks, and communicating project status to key stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support PMI Pillars: Assist in metrics, ISO Standard, and Bosch QMS GAP analysis merger.
- Coordinate Communication: Facilitate communication between HF sites.
- Review and Approve Changes: Review and approve proposed changes to existing global documentation frameworks.
- Communicate Project Status: Communicate project status to key stakeholders across senior leadership & IMO.
- Assign and Review Work: Assign and review work of various team members.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- No direct reports planned.
Travel:
Once in a quarter.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to lift and move a minimum of 5 pounds without assistance.
Work Environment:
This job will be full-time onsite in a professional office environment with some time on the manufacturing floor as needed. Remote flexibility available on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Hydraforce QMS and experience in HF Audit preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
- Five to seven years of related audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow autonomously.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar field or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of various quality system methodologies such as Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFEMA, PPAP, etc.
- Demonstrated sound judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
