Position Overview: As an Assembly Associate at UCC, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by assembling components and ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will work as part of a collaborative team to meet production targets, maintain product quality, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly tasks following detailed work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Assemble components and parts to create finished products.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy and quality of assembled products.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in the assembly process.
- Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools.
- Ensure that production targets and schedules are met.

Qualifications:
