Position Summary
The front desk is responsible for greeting clients and guests and assisting in the selection of services. Notifies medical professional upon arrival and supports clients during visit. Operates phone and computer. Closes out appointments and receives payment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Greeting clients in an enthusiastic and professional manner
● Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
● Performing related clerical work
● Knowledge of services provided and ability to make recommendations
● Using applicable software programs and other business-related documents
● Ensuring Hydrate IV Bar spas are organized and tidy
● Providing administrative support when needed
● Managing and ordering non-medical office supplies and retail inventory as needed
● Performing other duties as assigned
● Supporting daily duties of medical professionals as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
● Proficient in computer skills
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Excellent customer relationship skills
● Medical industry experience is not required but recommended
● Sales experience is not required but recommended
● Prior administrative office management experience is not required but recommended
