Registered Nurse Opportunity at Hydration Room
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in North Orange County locations. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.
Job Summary:
This position requires a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care through the administration of IV therapies and injections. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer IV and injection therapies/medications to patients
- Educate patients on healthy habits and lifestyle changes
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
- Promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
- Be able to function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol
- Work with the District Lead Nurse to maintain nursing supplies inventory
- Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
- Understand great customer service, general sales, and patient care
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
- Responsible for overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
- Maintain documentation of patient care services
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff
- Train new staff
- Deliver 5-Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license with no sanctions
- Two years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
