Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
- Utilize phone etiquette to engage with customers effectively.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide assistance.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify solutions and improve service quality.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Answer phones: assist internal and external customers with basic questions, quotes, and sales transactions.
- Assist customers at the counter: retrieve orders from warehouse, locate parts, enter quotes, complete sales transactions, and direct more complex questions to appropriate personnel.
- Enter quotations and sales orders in TrulinX, maintaining profitability by following pricing guidelines.
- Correspond with customers by email as needed.
- Enter and maintain CRM data, forwarding opportunities as directed.
- Help other departments when needed: pull and stage orders, file, write service orders, and other tasks as directed.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic accounting principles.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems.
- Ability to analyze information quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
