Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive needs.
- Document customer concerns and service requests accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area.
Experience
- Previous experience in service writing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus.
