What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Lead Manufacturing and Operations position at Hydraulic Technologies USA, LLC?
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Support the Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse Management, and Quality Modules for day-to-day business activities and help to implement the new projects.
- Manage the SAP Managed Service Provider(s) resources to mitigate incidents and implement improvements in the Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse Management, and Quality Modules.
- Coordinate with Vendors to support integrated applications related to the Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse Management, and Quality Modules.
- Work with other resources in optimizing the business process for more efficient SAP utilization.
- Identify improvements in business processes, and work with business users and technical resources to implement the same.
- Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation).
- Participate in project blueprint workshops to support requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and preparation of solution alternatives.
- Assist business users with specific data analytics, identify anomalies in business operation based on data and report the findings in a timely manner.
- Ability to support business in post-go-live stages of projects.
- Document business process, train users on proper usage of the system.
- Advise IT and Sr. Management of any issues along with proposal to address the same.

What do you need?
- 10 years of overall business analyst experience in SAP MM/PP in SAP ECC environment.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization including the ability to explain technical processes and concepts to non-technical user groups.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field preferred.

Experience and understanding of the following end to end processes:
- MM/PP/WM/QM Master Data.
- Material Master, Sourcing, Procurement, Scheduling, Stock transfer orders, Inventory management, Physical inventory, valuation and account assignment, Invoice Verification, Logistics Execution, Shipping, and Quality Management.
- Make to Stock and Make to Order in PP.
- Production Planning, Shop Floor control in PP
- Well-versed with all integration points between SAP MM/PP/QM/WMS and other SAP modules like SD and FICO
- Experience with label printing software: Loftware and Bartender
- Experience with integration technology: EDI, WebMethods, CI, SFTP, etc…
- Experience with RF Gun technology and ITS technology
- Experience working in a team as well as independent environment.
- Takes initiatives and self-motivator. Ability to identify and understand business problems and offer viable solutions to address the same.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Good documentation skills and ability to create documents for blueprinting, configuration, test cases, defect resolution and training materials.
