Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects from conception to completion. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget estimates.
- Design & Development : Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop detailed project designs and specifications.
- Coordination : Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all engineering work is performed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or budget overruns.
- Reporting : Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving : Address technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including designs, tests, and installations.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure all project activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
