We are seeking qualified Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialists to work with our consulting team at HETI (Hydro-Environmental Technologies, Inc.). These positions are contract-based with hourly compensation and are primarily aimed at supporting our clientele based in and around Reno, Nevada.
Opportunity Highlights:
• Role: EHS Specialist

• Duration: Six months / 40 hours a week
Essential Duties and Tasks:
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety and environmental policies.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Deliver and manage EHS training programs across various levels of staff.
• Conduct regular audits and coordinate regulatory inspections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in EHS performance and maintain EHS databases.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
