Pay Range : $111,000-$124,000
Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic Product Development Team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing both products and manufacturing processes to meet high-quality standards, cost objectives, and production goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects, leveraging advanced technologies, and contributing directly to the success and growth of our company.
As a key member of the Product Development Team, the Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability of new products, streamline existing processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Required Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in mechanical design and product development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
