As an Applications Engineer at Hydro-Gear, you’ll
- Serve customers by being the technical expert liaison
- Assure the proper application of our hydraulic and electric products based on customer requirements
- Provide technical support to customers in the development, maintenance, and service of the application
- Schedule on site visits with OEM accounts and Distribution accounts to discuss new projects and review warranty
- Schedule on site visits to review customer scorecard results with various departments
Qualifications and Experience
- College degree in related technical, electrical, mechanical engineering field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of customer facing experience
- Strong technical hands-on aptitude
- Great communicator, both written and oral
- Willingness to work independently with scheduled travel up to 40%
