Responsibilities: The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production activities are performed by production team members. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.
Job Type: 2nd Shift Full-Time located in Princeton KY

Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:
- Role reports to Production Superintendent.
- Supervise Production Department.
- Sets expectations and priorities for operators.
- Coordinate activities for team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.
- Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet expectation of department needs.
- Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
- Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.
- Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
