Responsibilities:
- Provide program oversight for patients, ensuring high-quality therapy services.
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments, as required by funding sources, and based on data analysis.
- Develop, implement, and revise behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment plans/programming.
- Complete initial evaluations for potential patients and maintain a manageable caseload.
- Lead monthly team meetings for case review and collaboration with other therapists.
- Supervise, train, and provide guidance to RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers.
- Complete RBT competency assessments and reassessments as necessary.
- Ensure continued professional growth and competence of RBTs and other team members through weekly supervision meetings, observation, and written feedback.
- Ensure that supervision hours for RBTs meet BACB requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families and caregivers, offering support and training throughout the course of treatment.
- Meet regularly with families to review client progress and collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain proper safety protocols, including social distancing and hygiene practices (PPE provided).
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree or higher.
- Licensed in the state of Missouri.
- Current certification in ABA.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Experience working with children and families with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in pediatric therapy.
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
- Strong team collaboration skills, enthusiasm, and a commitment to ethical practices.
- Passion for working with children in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs as needed.

- $85,000 - $90,000 per year
