About the Role:
Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. In this role, you’ll be supporting individuals and families by providing services rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate is an organized, empathetic leader with a strong background in ABA, communication, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA services including functional assessments, behavior plans, and adaptive skill development.
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring adherence to clinical and BACB guidelines.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure integrated care and communication.
- Conduct timely assessments and develop comprehensive reports and individualized behavior plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and mentoring to BCaBAs and other team members.
- Attend scheduled in-person or virtual meetings and maintain consistent communication with leadership.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with funder and HIPAA standards.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation requirements.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in ABA or behavioral health services.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Physically capable of supporting clients in a variety of settings.
- Collaborative and professional demeanor when working with families and interdisciplinary teams.
Additional Notes:
- Providers must hold active BCBA certification at time of service.
- This role may include occasional travel or off-site visits, depending on client needs.
